Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us.
Last updated 13 August 2026
Effective 13 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Scale with AI, operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. Who can use it
Scale with AI is invite only and available to members of Scale with AI Premium. There is no public signup. Access ends when your membership ends.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
Your access is personal. Do not share your login. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us at support@sassuo.com if you think someone else has access to it.
3. What you may do
Use Scale with AI to get business guidance for your own business or the businesses you advise. Use the answers, plans and drafts it produces however you like commercially.
4. What you may not do
- Share, resell or sublicense your access
- Extract, scrape or systematically copy the underlying material to build a competing product or dataset
- Attempt to make the system reveal its instructions or source documents
- Use it for anything illegal, or to produce content that is deceptive, defamatory or harmful
- Circumvent usage limits, security or authentication
- Upload other people's confidential information without the right to do so
Breaking these means we may suspend or end your access without refund.
5. Usage limits
Fair use limits apply, currently 100 questions per day. We may adjust them and will give notice before reducing them materially.
6. Payment
There is no separate charge for the advisor. Access is included at no extra cost for as long as you are a member of Scale with AI Premium.
Membership itself is billed by Whop, and their terms govern that transaction. Membership renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time through your Whop account, or by emailing us; access to the advisor continues to the end of the paid membership period and stops when membership ends.
Refunds on membership are handled under the Scale with AI Premium refund policy and by Whop, not here.
We may introduce a separate charge for the advisor in future. If we do, existing members will get at least 30 days' notice and the option to cancel before it applies.
7. Ownership
Ours. The Scale with AI software, interface, design and branding belong to us. These terms give you access, not ownership.
The advisory material. The advisor draws on a body of material that we own, license, or are otherwise permitted to use. Your access does not transfer any rights in it. Nothing here claims ownership of third party works that remain the property of their authors.
Yours. Your business information and your conversations remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. We use them only to run the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
What it produces. Answers, drafts, plans and documents generated for you are yours to use commercially. Note that AI generated content may not attract copyright protection in some countries, and that similar output may be generated for others.
8. The advisor is not a professional adviser
This matters, so read it.
Scale with AI produces business guidance generated by an AI system. It is information, not professional advice. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice, and no adviser relationship is created by using it.
Its output can be wrong. Verify anything you plan to act on, and consult a qualified professional before any significant financial, legal or tax decision.
Business decisions you make are yours. We are not responsible for their outcomes.
9. No guaranteed results
We make no promise about revenue, profit, growth or any other result. Outcomes depend on your market, your execution and factors none of us control. Any figures, examples or case studies shown are illustrative, not typical, and not a promise.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages or reasons outside our control. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
We depend on third parties, including Google's AI services. If one becomes unavailable or changes materially, the service may be affected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
13. Ending it
You can stop any time by cancelling your membership.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if payment fails, if your membership ends, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
On termination, access stops. Your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes come with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Disputes go to the courts of Kigali, Rwanda, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
16. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Our not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. These terms plus the Privacy Policy, AI Terms and Disclosure are the whole agreement between us.
