AI Terms

How the advisor works, and where it can be wrong.

Specific terms for the AI parts of Scale with AI. They sit alongside the Terms of Service.

What powers it

Scale with AI uses Google's Gemini models through the Gemini API. Answers are generated by an AI system, not written by a person and not reviewed by one before you see them.

The advisor draws on a body of internal material covering offers, pricing, lead generation, monetisation, sales and scaling, plus the business information you provide.

What we send to the model

To answer your question we send Google:

  • Your question and the recent conversation
  • The parts of your company profile you have completed
  • Your figures from Forecast, and metrics calculated from them
  • The advisor's instructions

We do not send your name, email, payment details or profile image.

Training

Under the paid Gemini API terms, Google does not use content you send through the API to train its models. We do not use your business data or conversations to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

We may review conversations to investigate a fault or abuse, and we look at aggregate usage patterns to improve the product. Aggregate means counts and trends, not the content of your questions.

Accuracy, and its limits

AI systems produce plausible sounding text. Plausible is not the same as correct.

The advisor can:

  • Get numbers wrong or misread your figures
  • State something confidently that is untrue
  • Give guidance that does not fit your situation
  • Miss context you have not entered
  • Give different answers to the same question

We reduce these risks by running arithmetic through a calculation engine rather than letting the model do mental maths, by grounding answers in a fixed body of material, and by computing your constraint and metrics deterministically from your own figures.

None of that makes it infallible.

Check anything you plan to act on. Especially figures, and especially before spending money.

What it does not do

The advisor does not:

  • Give financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice
  • Replace an accountant, lawyer or qualified adviser
  • Have access to your bank, ads accounts, CRM or any live system
  • Know anything about your business you have not told it
  • Know about events after its training data ends

It only knows what is in its material and what you have entered.

Your responsibility

You decide what to do with what it tells you. Before acting on anything material:

  • Check the numbers against your own records
  • Consider whether the advice fits your specific circumstances
  • Get professional advice for financial, legal or tax matters
  • Take responsibility for the decision

Content you generate

You may use the advisor to draft marketing copy, scripts, emails and similar material. You are responsible for what you publish, including whether it is accurate, whether it complies with advertising rules in your market, and whether it infringes anyone's rights.

Do not present generated claims, statistics or testimonials as fact without verifying them.

Limits and changes

Usage limits apply. The underlying models, their capabilities and their cost are set by Google and may change. We may switch models, adjust limits, or change how the advisor behaves, and we will tell you about material changes.

Reporting problems

If the advisor gives you something wrong, harmful or strange, tell us at support@sassuo.com or use the feedback buttons on any answer. It genuinely helps.
